There’s no denying that Facebook is a helpful tool if you want to stay in touch with family and friends or promote your business. But the elephant in the room is privacy. Facebook countered negative press with an educational campaign which showed how privacy settings put every user in control. This 360 campaign dramatises the easy-to-use functionality through IRL scenarios, making it relatable to a cross-generational audience. It proved to be Facebook’s most successful UK ad campaign, and a follow-up wave was commissioned.
